Rabbi Elie Weinstock

Rabbi Elie Weinstock is Senior Rabbi of the Jewish Center of Atlantic Beach on Long Island. Previously, he was Rabbi of Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun (KJ) on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for 17 years and a member of the Judaic Studies faculty at the Ramaz School. A graduate of Yeshiva University, he received his Rabbinic ordination from the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary and a master’s degree in Jewish philosophy from the Bernard Revel Graduate school.

Rabbi Weinstock serves as Nassau County Police Department Chaplain and spiritual advisor to its Shomrim Society. He is a Senior Rabbinic Fellow of the Shalom Hartman Institute, having completed its three-year Rabbinic Leadership Initiative. Active in AIPAC and UJA-Federation of New York, where he was an inaugural participant in its Rabbinic Fellowship for Visionary Leaders, he is Immediate Past President and Chairman of the Board of Governors of the New York Board of Rabbis.

Rabbi Weinstock is married to Dr. Naama Weinstock, a dentist practicing in NYC. They are the proud parents of Meira, Yona, Aviva, and Yakira.

Rabbi Steven Burg

Rabbi Steven Burg is the Chief Executive Officer of Aish, an international movement which services millions of Jews around the world. From his office overlooking the Western Wall at the Aish World Center in Jerusalem, Rabbi Burg oversees the many inspirational programs that Aish conducts in dozens of languages. He constantly travels the world to inspire communities with Jewish values and wisdom.

Prior to coming to Aish, Rabbi Burg served as the Eastern Director of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, where he contributed to the fight against anti-Semitism and oversaw the Museum of Tolerance in New York City. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of the Orthodox Union (OU), and as International Director of NCSY, the largest international Jewish youth movement. Rabbi Burg founded the Jewish Student Union (JSU), a network of hundreds of public high school clubs that teach unaffiliated Jewish teens about their heritage, and the Anne Samson Jerusalem Journey (TJJ), an Israel experience for unaffiliated Jewish teens.

Rabbi Burg is a seasoned and popular speaker, a guest commentator on FoxNews, Newsmax, a columnist at Jewish News Syndicate, and has been published in the Jerusalem Post, The Times of Israel, The Jewish Week and many other publications.

In this role, Yitz has engaged with Senior Administration officials, members of Congress, decision-makers, and thought-leaders impacting the U.S.-Israel relationship. He has tremendous expertise on current affairs in the Middle East, the composition of Congress, and the relationship between American and Israeli Jewry. Yitz resides in Bergenfield, New Jersey with his family.

Gilad Erdan, Israel Ambassador to the United Nations

Ambassador Gilad Erdan

As global president of Magen David Adom, Ambassador Gilad Erdan represents MDA on the international stage and advocates on its behalf at global forums and events.

He assumed his new role in September 2024, shortly after completing a four-year tenure as Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, where he was recognized as an impassioned defender of Israel.

Ambassador Erdan previously served as a member of Knesset for 17 years from 2003 to 2020. During this time, he was a senior minister for 11 years in several ministries in Israel’s Government including Public Security, Telecommunications, Interior, Homefront Defense, Environmental Protection, as well as a member of Israel’s Security Cabinet, leading many important reforms in all roles.

Ambassador Erdan has long been an advocate for Israel and the Jewish people. During his tenure at the UN, he was also elected to serve as the vice president of the General Assembly, and from January until November 2021 served as Israel’s ambassador to the United States.

After the Hamas attacks of October 7, he emerged as one of the strongest voices for the victims of terror and the right of Israel to defend itself.

Ambassador Erdan is a native of Ashkelon. He is married and the father of four children.

Nadav Eyal is one of Israel’s most prominent journalists and a winner of the Sokolov Award—Israel’s equivalent of the Pulitzer Prize. He writes columns for Yediot Achronot and Ynet, Israel’s most widely circulated newspaper and news website, respectively. He also serves as a senior commentator for Channel 12, one of Israel’s two commercial channels.

Since 2021, Eyal has served as the chairman of the Movement for Freedom of Information, a highly regarded NGO in Israel dedicated to promoting transparency and accountability, aiming to foster a more open, democratic, and accountable society.

Beginning on October 7, 2023, he has focused his work on stories and analyses related to the Hamas attack and the subsequent war in Gaza and the northern border of Israel, including reporting multiple times from the field and writing the accounts of victims.

Eyal authored the bestseller “REVOLT, the Worldwide Uprising Against Globalization,” which was published in 2021 by Ecco HarperCollins (USA) and Picador (UK), and has been translated into multiple languages.

Throughout his journalistic career, Eyal has extensively covered Middle East affairs, Israel’s role in a globalized world, and Washington-Jerusalem relations. His writings have appeared occasionally in Haaretz, the Daily Telegraph, Der Spiegel, The Washington Post, and The Daily Beast. He has held senior positions in major Israeli media groups, interviewed four Israeli prime ministers, and foreign heads of state.

He earned an MSc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (with merit) as a Chevening Scholar and an LL.B. from Hebrew University (magna cum laude). In 2015, he received the B’nai B’rith World Center Award for Journalism in recognition of his “excellence in Diaspora reportage.” Eyal is married to Tamar Ish Shalom, a chief anchor for Channel 13 TV in Israel, and they have three children.

Tal Becker

Dr. Tal Becker is Vice President of the Hartman Institute in Jerusalem and recently completed his service as the Legal Adviser of Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Dr. Becker represented Israel before the International Court of Justice in the Hague and is a veteran member of successive Israeli peace negotiation teams, including playing an instrumental role in negotiating and drafting the historic peace and normalization agreements (the “Abraham Accords”) between Israel and the UAE, Bahrain and Morocco. Dr. Becker has decades of experience on the front lines of many of Israel’s most pressing diplomatic, legal and policy challenges and has worked as a key behind the scenes representative for Israel in a wide variety of contexts. He previously served as counsel to Israel’s UN Mission in New York, as a senior policy advisor to Israel’s Foreign Minister, and as an international law expert for the IDF. In his work at the Hartman Institute, Dr. Becker leads educational initiatives about Israel and the Jewish world. He earned his doctorate from Columbia University in New York, and is the recipient of numerous scholarly awards, including the Rabin Peace Prize, and the Guggenheim Prize for best international law book for his book “Terrorism and the State”. Dr. Becker lives in Jerusalem with his wife, Rebecca, and has six children.

She was able to learn the wine craft from world renowned elite sommeliers. After becoming kosher she was able to use this knowledge and apply it to the kosher wine world. Fulfilling her lifelong dream of opening a kosher restaurant which is also the first kosher wine bar of its kind in the US! Allison has a strong passion not only for wine, but also for people, she truly cares about each individual’s palette and strives to find the right wine for each person no matter their level or knowledge of wine.

My name is Naomi Glustein and I am SO excited to be running the PGA Day Camp!! My husband Zvi, and my children Ilan, Sari, Lior and Judah, can’t wait for the adventures and endless fun that this Pesach has in store! I have been spending the past 18 summers at sleepaway camp and day camp in different roles: counselor, division head, camp mother, and assistant director. During the year, I can be found teaching at a private Jewish preschool in Toronto where I am the head teacher, and have worked with hundreds of incredible parents and amazing children! I am always planning, and looking for, new and creative activities to bring to my classroom and can’t wait to bring some of these ideas to PGA!
